Analytics: Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity, an analytics service provided by Microsoft Corporation, to understand how visitors use our store. Clarity records how you interact with our pages — the pages you view, clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, and general information about your device, browser and the approximate region derived from your IP address — and presents this to us as aggregated heatmaps and session replays.
We use this only to find technical problems, improve the usability of the store, and understand which content is helpful. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
Anything you type into a form field is masked in your browser before a recording is sent, so session replays show how our pages are laid out and used rather than the details you enter. Clarity also does not run on our checkout or on your account pages, which are hosted separately, so the information you provide to place or review an order is never recorded.
Clarity follows the cookie preferences you choose on our store. Where you do not consent to analytics cookies, Clarity does not collect analytics data about your visit.
Information collected through Clarity is transmitted to and stored by Microsoft, which acts as an independent controller of that information and may use it in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Product reviews
Our product reviews are provided by Loox. Its scripts may set cookies to display reviews and customer photos correctly and to remember whether you have already submitted a review.
